Too bad my stay this time, the first day another guest opened my room by mistake with his key! The second day I wanted to buy a sandwich at the cafe they have there and they told me they no longer had service, it was 9:30pm and their closing time is 10. The third day they wouldn't let me in with 2 friends, they wanted them to pay $200 cents to get into my room (being that it was a quadruple reservation) and they weren't even going to stay the night, they made them wait in the lobby and all their couches were wet from people not drying out well after using the pool. They couldn't get me any ice, anyway, it wasn't the most pleasant experience, the bathroom was neglected and every day in the mornings they went to knock on the door and woke me up to tell me "we are checking if the room was occupied to do the toilet" they should have a list of which rooms are occupied and not be asking early and bothering guests.

Absolutely great place, I truly enjoyed affable personnel.
Big size hotel with a great pool and a great location on the beach. The room was large with balconies, I was happy about that.

The room was just what I expected in terms of size and furniture, I requested a kitchenette included and it had a refrigerator, which made the room more practical.
I arrived at the hotel, they told me to ask a beautiful boy to keep our luggage for us. I asked for it, Mr. Antonio (he was the first one I saw) behaved very rude and security guard did me the favor of keeping it. In the pool area they have a rule that is NOT properly supervised, some of the rules are: no messing with clothes, no diving and no introducing food or drinks into the pool area. Sadly, there were a lot of people swimming with clothes, children (and not so children) venturing into the pool, it was very crowded and there were a lot of little ones who could get hurt, people eating and drinking even inside the pool, they should pay more attention to those details. it comes to cleaning, honestly, it wasn't the best.

Great hotel with free and marvellous location close to the ocean, and restaurants, bars and statbucks. Spacious bathroom and good-sized room. Nice views of swimming pool.
Beds were old.

Location was good to events in downtown Acapulco. The price was right for the kind of place and type of hotel. Restaurants near the hotel were good and security was careful.
There was no coffee maker and the front desk was not terribly friendly.

Great window view (Acapulco + Pacific Ocean), really close to the beach.
A smell of wet in the room was noticeable and could overhelm the positive aspects of the hotel. Maybe it's due to wooden furniture in the room but really something to work on it.

A Truly Revitalizing Getaway with Lovely Views!
I loved the spacious room. The fine ocean view from the balcony was a highlight! Don't miss the rooftop bar. Their cocktails were fantastic. Krizia at the front desk was good. Be prepared for some noise from the balcony, though.

Checked into a spacious studio with two double beds and a small kitchenette, ideal for my needs. The highlight was the friendly service at reception. The furniture could use an update, and breakfast options were just average. A downside was the lack of sound insulation on the balcony door, which occasionally disrupted the tranquility.

This hotel exceeded my expectations for a budget stay. Rooms were spacious and clean, and the location is perfect-just a block from a Walmart and near the beach. The pool felt overcrowded, and I wish the dining options had more variety.

Request a remote for your TV when checking in. It's required for use, and leaving a deposit helps avoids inconvenience.

The hotel's modern decor. Every corner was charming, and I appreciated how accessible everything was.
Louder sound insulation would enhance the experience.

Had an amazing time during spring break! The huge shower was awesome, and the pool area was perfect for relaxing after a long day of activities. My only minor issue was that the food could be hit or miss, but honestly, just check out the local eateries nearby! 🌴
